She is also available to assist with Estate Administration, including probate and non-probate transfers and offers legal advice and representation for guardianship matters as well as power of attorney and related agency issues.
Criminal & Juvenile Defense-Ms. Stevens has extensive experience defending the rights of adults and juveniles arrested and accused of criminal offenses. She handles all types of criminal cases, including minor infractions, misdemeanors, felonies and state jail felonies. She defends individuals against charges for offenses such as drunk driving (DWI), drug possession and/or sale, theft and bad checks, arson, assault, sex offenses including sexual assault of a child, family violence and burglary and robbery.
